Crystal chambers! I'm not much of a crystal chamber guy myself, but depending on the design and with the ability to get them individually, this is pretty exciting!

I think the coolest thing about it, to me, is that now a crystal chamber saber can also be a dueling saber. You just remove that segment and duel away. Granted it's a little different than a crystal reveal system, but it's basically the same thing.

On their facebook they responded specifically to someone asking about dueling and they said "YES" you can duel with these crystal chambers installed.

So you don't even have to take them out, they are duel worthy. That is freaking awesome.

Sweet! I can't wait to revamp some of my designs to try accommodating crystal chambers! Agh, the ASP-Builder-bug has bit again!

Yeah, crystal chambers have never been my thing. Dunno why. With the consise and highly linear designs of my two ASP sabers, I wouldn't be able to add good looking chambers, anyhow.

I prefer "crystal reveal" style ones, as having it exposed just seems like a strange choice to me in-universe, but if the ASP models are in this vein, I will be sorely tempted.

I'm so excited about this! I love crystal chambers! And duel capable? Even better. Here are my thoughts.

I bought an Champion ASP saber and intend to get quick connect LEDs for any other color I I tend to buy (maybe all of them lol)

So if I add a crystal chamber does that mean I have to throw down some serious cash for every extra LED for the crystal chamber? I wonder if I can get a white LED for the crystal chamber and buy color chips that I can swap in and out whenever I change out the main LED. Thoughts?

The only hint from the announcement post was this line: "Plug and play no solder LED kits let you install accent LEDs to match your main blade LED color." Sounds to me like they'll have separate kits for each color.
