I have a vengence body with a graflex pommel. Is the pommel threaded? It will not unscrew from the body. If it is threaded and stuck, any tips for removing it?

The pommel is threaded.
Have you tried to gingerly use the d-ring to leverage the pommel open? You could also get some WD-40 and spray it on the inside/outside. If it is good and stuck customer service will replace it for you, just make sure you don't do anything to void the warranty like taking a vise or hacksaw to it. |

I got it off by tapping the d ring with a hammer. There was something glue like in the threads. A little bit of loctite? I don't know but cleaned it out and now it's fine.
