So the ASP site isn't working on my end for some odd reason. Saying its not a trusty site and is being completely blocked. Any idea as to why??

Hey so I'm over in NZ and have bought one saber from the asp deal back when the second round of indiegogo orders came out and have been able to get onto the new site shopsaberparts.com but when I tried to go on yesterday so I could look at price of another one the site was not available. haven't had a chance to check with other Kiwi's yet but have checked with an american and an Australian and they can both get on the site fine. could it be our internet or have asp stopped allowing access from NZ anyone know?

There was a DOS attack on a major DNS hub here in the states yesterday that was causing all kinds of issues. You might try clearing your DNS cache, then try again.
On Windows system, open a Command prompt window, then type IPCONFIG /flushdns. That clears all cached DNS entries, and allows a new one for a specific site to be written. You can also try to ping the DNS name of the site. If that does not get through, there is definitely a problem. If it does, do an NSLOOKUP on the ShopSaberParts.com name. If it does not return the same IP address that you pinged earlier, again...DNS problem. Hopefully that helps. |
