Hey so I just got my second ASP on monday and just noticed yesterday and it did it again twice today that my motion sensors or the sounds don't always work. turning it off and on doesn't work only putting in the kill key and removing it (sometimes takes a few times) fixes the problem

anyone else having this problem?

Have you checked if the battery if fully charged?

Warranty / RMA is your friend. SF usually advises you to do a short video showing the problem, then send the link of the video to SF, they will advise / approve RMA, and then you send the hilt back for repairs (no need to send blade).

yeah it was doing it before I first charged it, thought that was the problem but then it did it again yesterday after a full charge.

I live in NZ and don't really have the capacity to just send stuff over seas easy, it's not a cheap thing to do and I have no money after buying this. It's also just the sound board so shouldn't need toe send the "whole" hilt surely, just the sound board

Yeah you're right, as your is an ASP which I assume you have assembled yourself? Best to ask SF before you dis-assemble. If your ASP is a "Professional Assembly", then I doubt you are supposed to dis-assemble or any modification whatsoever will void the warranty. Let us know how you go.

Yes! I have this exact same problem. And I live in Singapore so it's also not easy for me to send back.

Is there a Customer Service line? Is there a fix?

Looks like it works okay as long as it's fully charged. It's been pretty stable ever since.
