Hi,

I have a query regarding the recommended storage method for an ASP saber with a PnP Hero sound kit.
I don't yet have an SF saber but I plan to get an ASP saber, I intend to get a perspex display case for it as well so it can be stored in a fairly dust-free environment when not in use.
I am mainly concerned with the best way to store it to retain the maximum possible battery life.

Should the saber be stored with the charger connected to the recharge port?
Should the battery be removed from the saber and stored separately?
Should I simply discharge the battery a bit and store it with the kill key in?

Any advice would be most welcome regarding this.

Kind Regards,
Scimitar

Just keep the Kill Key inserted. That disconnects the battery from the electronics.

As with any rechargeable battery you shouldn't leave it charging past full charge, this is damaging to the battery and shortens battery life.

I use command strip broom holders and have mine mounted on the wall with the kill key in because that disconnects the battery from the rest of the electronics, protecting the electronics and the battery.
