It's important to know which sabers you want to join. The Disciple and the Acolyle have a slanted cut on the pommel end of the hilt, so if you are attempting to join 2 of either of hilts ONLY the large coupler will work. Any other combination can be achieved with the regular coupler. Some of the ASP couplers will also work but have no holes in them to allow for venting sound, if that is the type of saber you are getting. I don't think an ASP coupler is long enough to join a Discple/Acolyte combo with another apprentice hilt. Hope this helps you. MTFBWY

Whichever one suits your fancy the most. Warrior tier has no sound, so the unvented ASP coupler1 will be fine on a dual Sentinel set up.

KelbornX Offline Platinum Member Peace is a lie... Posts: 554 Thank you received: 257	Do not use the ASP parts (the 1" couplers) with Apprentice hilts; they are a larger OD. They both look and feel silly. The "Staff Couplers" are actually smaller OD than the Apprentices and fit nicely into the pommel threads. Length is personal preference, though Disciple needs the Long due to the slant on the pommel.
