If you take a look at the ASP Reliant's pommel, then you will see it is the same pommel as the ASP Juggernaut's pommel.

The actual Reliant's pommel as per the non-ASP Reliant saber is slightly different: there are four round flat knobs on each side.

Has anybody here bought an ASP Reliant pommel? What did you actually receive as the ASP Reliant pommel? Did you receive the ASP Juggernaut's pommel or a non-ASP/actual Reliant pommel?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks, and did the standard finish look like it has powder coating, i.e. not a brushed silver finish? Standard looks like a silver finish, rather than a brushed silver finish commonly seen with other "standard" finishes.

The silver parts are anodized clear after they come out of the mold. The textured finish is from the mold, not the anodizing. The standard finish is a part that gets anodized black after the mold. Then it is sanded on a lathe to leave just the black anodizing in the recessed areas. The sanding also removes the textured finish that the mold leaves on the part leaving a brushed look.

there is no way they sand that pommel on a lathe, but other than that.

were talking about standard finish - there is no standard finish for the reliant pommel

The weathered finish on the reliant pommel is made by spinning the black anodized part on a lathe and hitting the edges lightly with sand paper
