Hello
I ordered two sabers on the 25th of November. I raised two different order because a part was not available (Vigilant Emitter) and wanted to be delivered quickly for the first saber. We are now on December the 27th and the two orders are still unfulfilled. Is it a normal period? 1/ Do you think it is possible to know when the orders should be fulfilled? 2/ Do you think it is possible to deliver in one package and be refunded for the difference of shipment's price? I'm hearing about custom tax. (I live in France) That's the first time I have to pay for such fees when ordering a ""toy"". Do you have any idea of the price? Is there not a custom codification or any other way to avoid this tax? That's all for my question folks. Anybody can help? |

I'm relatively new here myself, but what I'm hearing is that these wait times are normal. Especially around Christmas time - and the release of the new Star Wars movie isn't helping lead times to improve either...
You can always contact SF and ask your questions about ETA and combining shipments, but I know for a fact they are also overwhelmed with emails currently, as well. As for tax, that's on you. SF (or any North American company) has no control over what taxes, import charges, customs or brokerage fees, etc. you are responsible for when your shipment arrives. |

You're going to have to wait.
 My last 2 saber orders were like this,#1 Ordered on 9/11, delivered on 11/22 #2 Ordered on 10/05, delivered on 12/22. (had to wait for a spear extension) I have also ordered a Vigilant emitter on 10/22 along with a Graflex pommel. I'm still waiting. Yours is probably going to take a little longer. Just be patient, it's going to take a while, but you'll get it. Ryan |

Ah the pain of waiting. I understand, I’m on 6 months of waiting for pets with no idea when they will be here Still. Patience is a virtue one must have when dealing with SF

When I still lived in Canada, WHEN I had to pay a customs fee, IF I had to pay a customs fee, its % based on total value of your purchase and where it came from. I.E. I paid $125 for a pair of Vibrams and was extorted $25 on customs. |
