12W+ Medium Blue (pictures of both and staff WILL come tomorrow!)

Review Video of NEW model arbiter and old side by side (I say just about everything below in the video if you'd rather watch).

Initial Review: This is quite a nice saber- specially for a first!
Without the blade in, it's balanced right in the center of the hilt- with the 32inch, the balance is right over the top of the hilt where the blade connects. It came with a small indent near the top but unless looking close, it's nearly impossible to notice. The hilt is thinner than the elite sabers I've seen but is THICKER than the photos appear to show on the website. (That background plays a nasty illusion) The LED does heat up to be warm but it's not uncomfortable by any means. 12W+ is very even throughout the blade and lights up the entire room easily when turned on.

The pommel seems to enjoy unscrewing itself if the hilt is hit but I have yet to have it fall off. After swapping the pommel out with another pommel that was more damaged, this issue has gone away. I think this hilt would look incredible with red or yellow LED but the medium blue has grown on me quite a bit and looks phenomenal. - 9.5/10 for first saber as the dent is there and the pommel was a pain :P but loving this saber!

NEW Arbiter Review:
This. This was the best surprise I could've gotten today. I expected to have a second arbiter just like my first to make a staff but WA-LAA! NEW Arbiter model!

Going to be honest, not big on the windows, BUT they DO vent a lot of the heat from the LED which means the top grip is a fair amount cooler (not that it was ever hot to begin with) than the old Arbiter. The actual grip itself is vastly improved even as the old grip was already awesome. The grip grooves are more indented and span the whole lower body rather than just part of it. The Kill Key and switch are now also on the silver rather than the black neck- this gives it a bit more weight than the old arbiter as well, further balancing it to a 32'' blade. The pommel also looks smoother as though it's a continuation of the saber- also no issues with it being knocked loose.

Overall another 9.5/10 because the windows are sharp and will need to be sanded down to have a comfortable grip at the top like the old arbiter. Otherwise, this is a big improvement on an already awesome saber.

Saberstaff Review:

Wooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! I get to fulfill my childhood dream of having a double bladed saber!!! So, starting right off, I LOVE the asymmetry of the old arbiter and the new arbiter. It makes the staff look like it's all one hilt with a design that spans the whole thing. The windows and non-windowed sides provide a nice top to bottom identification tool.

Bonus to me! Since the new Arbiter is a bit heavier than the old, the fact that I have a champion old Arbiter actually balances the two out quite a bit! The saberstaff itself is nearly perfect! Other than lining up the buttons to be perfectly straight on, I have NO complaints here! And getting the new Arbiter with the nightlight (in-hilt recharge) upgrade was nice so I don't have to unscrew them ever xP

10/10 in spite of not being able to line up the buttons, this is exactly what I wanted and I love the saber to death. REALLY nice work on these sabers, Saberforge! Update: (8/25/15) About a millimeter off of lining them up perfectly.

From what I understood, all new orders on Arbiters will be the newer model!

In-hilt recharge on the warrior tier? Did you request that or mod it yourself?

I requested it. I wanted it to be easy to charge while in staff form.

And yes, Cobrafan! You'll be getting one if you order!

They're doing this now? Did it $ anything extra? I've never heard this as an option before.

Yeah, it's called the "Nightlite" option because you can plug it in and turn it on. It's $15 extra. if you want it, just message them, and they'll get it arranged. :)

Sometimes I feel like SF has a secret menu I know nothing about. Sorta like In-N-Out (a hamburger joint that has a secret menu).

I've heard that from a couple people. Upon asking them about it, they said it's an uncommon request so not one they list.

Truth be told, I didn't even know about it until I saw someone selling a Warrior Tier on the Facebook page that had in-hilt charging.

Pictures uploaded!

But I've got the staff buttons almost perfectly lined up!!

Gotta say, saberstaff requires a LOT of finess.
