Just because the giveaway ended on a certain date doesn't mean that all of the snail-mail arrived on that same date. Anything post-marked before the giveaway ended is still eligible for the drawing.

That makes sense. Especially since the mail in entries are what makes this giveaway not gambling (and thus illegal).
