I am weak, but the fourth was with me.....

Rather than wait for the ASP stuff, and I have just ordered two hero 'resilient' sabres along with a coupler and extensions. Weathered finish with brown reptile leather, and the quad Cree LEDs so I can play to my heart's content with the he colours.

The idea is that when the ASP components go public I will be able to use the pieces from the resilients to help build the sabres I want..... Unless I have another mad moment and scratch build so that I can keep the resilients as they are ^^

I did not forget to leave the 1000champion in the comments, so that is something else to look forward to as well

I was just reading the rules for this again, and just thought of something. The order amount for each freebie is before shipping, correct? That would be my assumption, but it doesn't say otherwise.

That's how I interpreted it. The Shipping charge is an allowance made by/for the Carrier for transporting to product to you based on weight threshold. As the Promotion is created by SaberForge, the eligibility criteria would apply to the product(s) purchase total and not the Invoice total since Vendor and Carrier are independent to each other.

From every giveaway I have ever seen, it's always been where shipping is not included in the total amount spent.

Yes, the spirit of any such promotion is that the total is the purchase price of the products you are purchasing rather than the gross price including shipping.

If you work to the spirit of the rules you won't fall afoul of them; but do remember to get that promo code in the correct place! One thing I noticed is that then it says that the code needs to be in the order comments, when you are placing the order there is no such section, because they use different terminology for the same thing in different places - SF could do with reviewing that because while it is straight forward in practice, if you don't know it could be confusing as hell. (I just closed my eyes and used the Force, and it seemed to work)

is this giveaway working outside the US too?
Someone said to me it is only for the Guys in the US but as i read it everyone can take advantage of it aslong as you order from the homepage.

There is nothing I can see in the published rules that specify that it is solely for people in the US, merely the qualifying expenditure on SF goods!
