How the heck did you do that? It wouldn't let me put the coupler anywhere except toward the pommel end of the saber, no matter what order I put the parts in. I even tried building the whole thing backwards, but that just gave me the admittedly amusing sight of watching the thing shove the pommel into the emitter.

I just felt there should be a little more space between the emitter and the switch. I might go back and do that to some of the others, but for now I have more new ones:





That's Body 10; the shroud doesn't look removable, but if it is it could be cool to have a completely knurled grip, with no other details. Elegant in it's simplicity.

I like using the end of the Fury body as a "faux pommel". It provides a hand stop, so you don't really need another bit sticking off the end. Low-profile pommels like Jade, Graflex, or Mauler work nicely with the aesthetics imo (same with the Venom body).

After getting a Gladius I've become quite a fan of extra recessed switch sections. Nothing sucks more than either turning your saber off or randomly having blaster deflect / lockup sounds when handling. Pretty much all my recent playing with the ASP builder has used the Sorcerer Switch, Gladius Switch, Juggernaut Switch, or 09 Switch. 07 would work too, I just don't like the knurling.

Alright, let's keep the party going; the first one is a leftover that didn't fit in the last post, the rest are building on the "Vigilant Fury" with low profile pommels. Two that look really similar are the Dissident and Monarch pommels; the Exile was wider than I thought, but it looked interesting; and the Katana I thought actually looks better than it probably should.

In my defense, the way they show Body6 in the menu of the builder, you'd never know that it had a shroud/cutout.

So I just purchased my first of 2 new sabers. I'll be duplicating my LBS (Little Black Shoto) when switch 09 is available again, hopefully before the end of this sale. This saber is Warrior Tier. Once the warranty expires, I'll send it to out and have the better electronics installed and have the silver finishes powdercoated in transparent gold. It consists of:
04 Emitter in dual tone/standard
Mauler Switch in black - I made sure to list that in the order notes as the switch sections currently have no pull down menu. (which I also mentioned in my notes)
Exile body in black
Rebel Pommel in dual tone/standard
37" Indigo Warrior
I also already have a silver Monarch pommel for this saber. The Monarch has a smaller diameter than what the builder shows. This should line up perfectly with all the other parts to form a straight line along the saber with no steps up or down. Streamlined. When I order the 2nd shoto, I'll add either coupler #2 or #3 in MM to make the staff. Warrior tier so no venting needed. 26" yellow for both. My freebies are the random blade plug, random stand, (although I requested a Phoenix stand as I have 3 or 4 Imperial stands already, and a 26" yellow day blade. I'll get a 2nd day blade with the next order to complete my staff.

@ =Ottomatix=, I really like Merc1 (picture 2) it reminds me of a REALLY nasty cattle prod! (But in a good way of course) And prprn (picture 6) the attitude colours pop nicely.
