So far I've only modified it using o-rings and timing shims to adjust alignment. Next I'm going to paint some black accents on the gold pieces and replace the retention screw with a brass thumb screw. I may consider drilling and tapping another retention screw on the opposite side, as well. Once that's done, I think I'm ready for my hero pnp installation.
Latest upgrades:
A minor paint job for black accents. And assembly with the hero tier equipment including the Glare soundfont, which was a pain because I couldn't figure out what kept giving me an error when I tried to load it. Finally found it was the lockup sound, so I had to go edit that to work properly. If my picture doesn't make it clear, it's a yellow blade.
Next up: thumb screws and drilling/tapping another retention screw hole or two because I get some squeaking from just one. Maybe later, a gold leaf design on the emitter; just not sure what I want to put on the emitter as a design.
