TOPIC: ASP 2

For my second build, I was playing around on the ASP site and my girlfriend came in to see what I was doing. I asked her advice on a few layouts and I had noticed that her input was resulting in a pretty big deviation from what I had initially envisioned. After a few minutes, I realized what was going on;
She was deciding on what she wanted, for herself!

Long story short, we took advantage of the Valentine's day promo and ended up each ordering a saber.
When they arrived, I found that I really liked the way that hers looked and I was... less enthusiastic with mine. The body that she chose had a great feel to it. Mine felt very...metallic. And, I already had a very metallic saber;

My first ASP

So I placed another order for a different body. I also went with a different pommel because I wanted to have something slightly less angular than my first ASP. But hey, now I only need an emitter and a switch assembly for another saber, right? ; )

When I switched to the Reliant body, I had some trouble with the coloring of the leather wrap, which you can read here.

I had first ordered a Teal wrap, but after some back and forth, I'm happy to have switched to Light Blue, as it more closely compliments the Cyan led and Blue switch.

Love the colour scheme, really works well having that nice balance between blade and hilt
