This is a bit of a quick review. I plan on doing a youtube review in the short future.

The Bane Trilogy novels are my absolute favorite in the Star Wars EU (Expanded Universe)
So when I found out the Bane saber finally got released, I jumped right on it on day one.

I wasn't disappointed. The curve on the hilt fit nicely in the palm of my hands. The details was amazingly fabricated and the blood orange blade accented the entire hilt beautifully.

The only con I could possibility mention, is the Bane was designed without a covertech knob option. So if you plan to carry this on the side of your belt as a hilt, it's possible with maybe some slight modification.

Pretty cool saber! If I weren't so set on a staff, I'd snag one lf those next! Good to know about the covertech as I was wondering about that!

I should probably add that the emitter design edges comes out decently sharp. They can be easily sanded down. Personally, I like it sharp. Gives the Sith Saber a bit of danger to it.

Interesting about the Covertec. Me I'd be happy without it because of where I really want it. Great to see you have the Blood Orange blade, I was wondering about the color and how it looked, I'm planning on getting the All Silver hilt finish, come payday.

A good option for belt connection is putting a D-ring in the end of the pommel. Very easy to do, and would be pretty secure. Trying to put a covertech on it is going to be a nightmare no matter how you spin it, I think... but the D-ring would be really easy to do and in a spot that wouldn't get in the way whatsoever as well.

What a coolness...
Combinations of blood orange blade and weathered finish are awesome.

Yeah, the person I talked to in customer service said that you can technically put the covertech knob in one of the screws on the pommel, but that it might cause complication in securing the pommel to the body.

I'll keep the D ring idea to mind. I do some leather crafting, so I'm thinking of making a modified holster for this saber.

I have no such talents so I'm out searching the wide webs looking for a holster that'll be compatible with the Bane. Let us all know if you find something!
