Some was purchased, some was worbla, some was hand made, there is a shocking amount of bondo in there.

I'm not going to climb trees in it. I can run , spring , jump, and I have about 85% full range except reaching up overhead.

It's mostly held on my rare earth magnets except for the back which is industrial velcro.

It's only been conned in once, so... we'll see. There were some photo ops, indeed.

I want to make my own mantlepiece as well for a costume I've been planning, but I'm not sure on the material, how well does worba bend? I was considering using wonderflex or eva foam, but I'm not sold on one over the other. You still planning to add on to it?

I think I've got it where I want it. Not much need to add on at this point.

I needed it to be shiny and gloss like clone armor, so I made the base out of worbla, then made some layers then bondoed it, then sanding and dremmeling then painting. Worbla bends pretty easy and take shape of whatever its on.

I'd suggest worbla, then a layer of craft foam then a layer of worbla sealing in the craft foam. That will thicken it up. Then bondo as needed.
