Hi everyone !
I just want to see you my first complete cosplay (i'm the sith) Except the kimono, everything is hand made The pictures is from FACTS in belgium in gand in 2013 The saber was a toy from hasbro xD but now i have a venom saber from here (i will post the photos later) Tell me what you think about it   |

DISCLAMER: Professional tailor here, so I tend to be blunt, direct, and honest on the subject of costuming. and usually dolling out tips and pointers. If I offend, I apologize.
So here it goes. Opinion - Not a bad first. Here's my tips - I would replace the t-shirt with an under tunic or something similar. The main tunic looks good. But, and I'll assume the tabbards are a faux-leather, it's always a good idea to edge stitch when your making an item like those, especially with materials that will look like it was hit with force lightning if touched by an iron (such as faux leather of any sort). If you don't, the piece won't be or stay flat, hence the slightly bubbled look they have in the picture. |

To Thovan Raal : This was my first try in a complete costume in a few week i will have my second (more experience and more money haha) with a custom lightsaber from here and other material,The tabbards will no longer be in faux-leather (you were wright  )I will have a better belt (handmade by a friend who is a master in leather craft ^^) i will take some pictures when it's finish ! sorry for my english

It's been a year now that i haven't post but whatever xD
So there it is my 2nd cosplay that was made for... My wedding ! yep ! So the first one : me and my best man plus some strom trooper  The second it's me with my bests men when we enter, So the cosplay : everything is in the same material except for the belt and the piece on my shoulder, The buckle on the belt is the logo of the galactif empire, i have the same logo on the shoulder, A friend make the scabbard ine leather too, very nice and confortable  And the third is me with my wife, jabba the hut (he was with a real yoda the decoration^^) and dark vador (a surprise from her family ^^) |
