If you're using a link to an image, hit the img tag and paste the link between the html tags. If the picture is on your computer, under attatchments hit add file, and select your image for upload.

When adding a file from your computer or mobile device there is an "Attachments" section in the Topic creation area. To add an image properly, click the empty text box next to the number. Then select your image and hit ok or open. At this point your image, although visible in the attachment section text box, is not yet attached. You must click the "Add File" button which will then add the file directly to your message.
