Hello there everyone!

So, I started this year feeling very obsessed with Star Wars. First I bought my first lightsaber (still waiting), then I planned this trip to London on July so I could go to the Star Wars Celebration...

Then I realized that it would be cool if I could go dressed as a Jedi, specially now that I have a lightsaber! lol

So I never once in my life did any kind of cosplay. I do like the idea but never had the balls or the money to invest in a costume.

But now as my fanboy side toke over me, I'm going forward with this. (well, I hope so.)

So I did a little sketch for my future costume.
I don't want to go dressed as any character from star wars since I don't think I look like any of them (unless I shaved my beard, wtich I don't want it haha). And I like the idea of going as 'my star wars self'...Like an extra in the movies or something hehe.

So here is my sketch:

I'm not 100% sure if going with this yet.
I also like the idea of some more not traditional jedi. Like a jedi from post empire. Like Luke, Kyle Katarn, Kanan...
You know, something like a jacket and etc.

Anyway, now is the hard part. Since I never did this before, I'll need to look for fabrics and a tailor.

I'll keep posting my eventual progress =p

(and sorry about my english!)

yeah it's great. I think it works perfectly as a jedi too. I've always preferred a bit of diversity in Jedi outfits. I never understood why all the jedi's dressed like a Tatooine farmer.

It's much cooler in things like the Old Republic where the uniform reflects the wearer a little more.

Hi Blircos,

Great design for your costume, I hope you are able to get it made in time! I think it works well because it reminds me of The Clone Wars version of Obi-Wan Kenobi in the colours you chose, but is different enough to make the costume your own.

BTW don't worry about your English, it is very good and better than my knowledge of South American language!

Kind regards,

For Tyeth

@Blircos
Your embrace of the Tailor in you has been strong. Colour scheme works and it appears more formal of attire as compared to Seraphyn303's comment about farmer-looking.
The top shoulder part that exposes a collar has similarities of Starkillers Dark Apprentice outfit in TFU, but in a Light-Side scheme. Excellent design skills.
