Ok that response you got directly through SF is a hell of a lot better than what you got from them through ETSY. Glad they are handling things as they should, taking responsablitli, and trying to fix the problem by talking with the saber tech.

Strange thing is the ETSY reply told me no after about 8 hours and then 5 hours later the email reply on top of my email more than a week before hand they would even refund.
