Well boys and girls.

She just arrived maybe 30 minutes ago. Battery is currently charging but I put it in quickly to ensure she fired up and the colour was what I asked for.

Specs:

Class: Warrior
Hilt Option: Katana
Finish: Weathered
Blade Colour: 12w Green
Tsuba: Imperial Cog (3" Diameter, 0.25" Width)
Blade Plug: Brass
Covertech: Brass
Overall Length: 12.5" (with blade plug installed)
Width: 1.5" Diameter (1.125" at milled sections)
Milled Section Length: 3.75"
Milled Section Width: 0.875"
Switch Section Diameter: 1.25"
Switch Section Length: 1.5"
Pommel Length: 0.5" (when installed)

My review:

For the hilt itself I'm stunned. I'm floored by the craftsmanship and quality. The brass accents I requested compliment the weathered finish quite nicely. No sharp edges. No rattling of components. Flawless finishing. To note, the weathering does appear slightly darker in the photos than it does in person though a couple of pictures came close to showing it's true finish. I'll post more pics later with blade and plug installed once the battery is at full charge.
The balance point is roughly 1 - 1.5" on to the blade from the tip of the emitter. The Katana hilt at a full 12.5" is rather large and cumbersome. The Tanto size might be your best bet for handling.
I'm unsure what it is, but something doesn't feel completely sturdy when doing a chopping stroke or a quick shake of the handle and the blade flexes. It feels like something is perhaps shifting? It's difficult to describe.
I also posted a picture later on regarding a small issue with heat as it began to bubble and melt the inside of the blade. The heat created also caused the base of the blade to expand and then was slightly difficult to remove from the hilt.

I named it Slashi'moto after renown samurai Miyamoto Musashi.

I'll be 35 this year. 2 are just display with shit blades but are pointy and can still stab the shit out of you lol. 1 is folded (the middle one) and is pretty much a hand held guillotine. Didn't cost as much as you'd think.

Only enough time to snap a few pics with the blade in and found that it was hard to remove (expanded in size due to heat). Upon further inspection, found portion of the inside of the blade had been melted.
