so i just recently purchased a 300$ mystery saber and then happened to see that they sell the 149.99 veteran sabercore 2.5 plug and play, i previously purchased the 125$ mystery saber and got a great saber but i want to give it sounds and everything, so the question is can i just buy the sabercore 2.5 and like plug it in to the old mystery blade i got or is that not set up for plug and play modification.

hi lucianodsbr
Yes you can, but it depends on what hilt you got, might be a little tougher if it’s an apprentice, they are one piece.
And did you get a apprentice or warrior tier, I’m assuming apprentice, just get the switch and LED and just plug it together
Just out of curiosity what mystery saber did you get?
Post some pics

I got an Oracle warrior tier, which is an apprentice blade....and I see what you mean about it being one piece so it'll be hard.....I currently don't have a phone with a working camera to make a pic but I'll post one tomorrow.

don’t get me wrong....It can be done.
It’s just a little tougher and a little more expensive
You’ll need to get the Veteran kit plus the PNP ASP LED plus the PNP ASP monetary switch, lighted or un-lighted, since I assume you don’t have the PNP LED and the switch on warrior tier is a latching.
I have installed a Champion 2.0 in an Arbiter
cram-fu up the wazzoo
Used glue on the switch and recharge port instead of using nut

The short version is no, mystery sabers aren't built for compatibility with the ASP plug-and-play system. Everything is permanently wired. Some components are glued in place.
