Dang! as they say!

Let's wait a little longer. SF spoils us for so much choice. Standard site with awesome sabers, lazer and of course the Adaptive Saber Parts. :)

And the last two:

He also shared a pic of the new Phoenix stand (same design as the Imperial, just with swapped emblems). I dunno about everyone else, but this was the first time I've seen it, and I was glad to see the change, as I've always preferred the triangular design, but the Phoenix emblem.

I'll have to pick up the #8 plug in weathered brass when it comes out!

And I completely agree about the stand. The triangle sides are a much better design.

Nice new plugs. I like the circular design ones best.

This is so very cool. I can't wait to see what else comes out of this, and I'm loving what we've seen already.

And yet there's always that one part of me that dies a little whenever someone writes "Lazer" instead of "Laser". But they've got cool stuff, and I've got other nitpicks to complain about.

I wonder if the ASP blade plugs will be sold through there, or if they'll be exclusive to SaberParts.com. Actually, makes me wonder if they'll be leaving the blade plugs they currently offer for sale on SaberForge.com, or consolidating all those products on this new accessories site.

Hopefully there's at least a single "purchasing" page, because if I want to buy a hilt off the main site, a plug off of lazerforge.com, and a part off of saberparts.com at the same time and I have to pay 3 separate shipping costs I'm going to be a bit peeved.

I love the new plugs. Seeing the new stands and hearing about more new stands has me even more excited.

Totally agree, and we have domestic shipping costs. I can't imagine living overseas and having to pay 3 different shipping costs.

3 different shipping costs and 3 import taxes if we can't combine the orders. That would really suck, and the import taxes are bad enough on single orders already, at least in the UK, I can't speak for other places.

Wow, the lack of integration may be tough if it leads to separate orders, separate order numbers, and separate shipping. We can only wait and see.

This may not be the right place to post this, and I apologize if I am in error, but this made me laugh more than anything I have ever seen on here. Just in case you haven't seen it, this is courtesy of OvrcAHst. I just can't get this out of my head

No new info yet. Phil said they're trying to get it and ASP up and running by the end of the month.

After seeing a number of ASP hilts arrive these plugs instead of the ASP plugs, I'm wondering if those people just didn't specify a plug, or if SF is already moving away from the ASP plugs.

Now I hope mine arrives with a LZ one instead of the ASP one I picked. I'm really not a fan of any of them, but for some reason I don't remember I decided on plug 4 in black over the Apprentice one.

I wouldn't be surprised if they do decide to drop the ASP plugs. They already have the Apprentice ones, the regular and low profile Elites, and soon all the new LF ones. That's already a lot to choose from, and personally I think the ASP ones really cheapen the look of SF's really beautiful hilts.

BTW, if anyone from SF is watching, I'm IGG #880, and if you are slipping LZ plugs in ASP orders, I wouldn't mind one of these in weathered brass

I wasn't a fan at first; the ones that showed up in pictures didn't look great. But when I saw them in person, I felt just the opposite; they added more depth and realism to the hilts, and they were nicer looking than I expected. The only downside in my mind was that most of them seem to have a lip that keeps them flush with the emitter, while I prefer them to be partially or fully recessed.

Prior to them, the only blade plug that appealed to me was SF's standard one that it seems they no longer make. That one in your post is really the only one of the new plugs that I would go for; for me, the plug needs to look like part of the hilt. I'll be kind of sad if they're left with just one plug that looks realistic.
