Awesome service. My Gladius is beautiful again! Great work from SF!

SO, if anyone is afraid of asking customer service for stuff, don't fear, I've had nothing but good experiences with them

Check your spam folder? They can sometimes take a day or two to respond, but they have always responded to me and fixed any mistake.

I have a possible faulty RP in my newly built saber and I may be asking for a replacement.

I used the This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. email address. They responded their next business day(Monday). I contacted them late on a Friday after business hours.
