So folks, I have a question that I'm hoping can be answered. I'm considering duplicating this saber

Using the SF chosen and some asp bits. Does anyone know if the OD would be the same throughout the parts or if this would even work?

I will be filling in the current switch holes and moving the box onto the chosen, then putting a d ring in the pommel.

Chosen dimensions are going to be way off - you'd save yourself a lot of trouble by just building an ASP Prodigal Son with Graflex switch section.

You could even just grab a V2 Prodigal Son (I think there's an empty one on Etsy) and sand off some of the stock weathering and/or add more to match what you're looking for

Additionally, unless it's an exception amongst the Apprentice hilts, wouldn't the only part that would unscrew on the body of the Chosen be the pommel?
