TOPIC: Help! I cant get onto my account on the main site!

When the site was changed I couldn't access my account at all! I'm a bit confused at trying frantically to find the solution. Anyone know what I need to do?

Think all the account info did not transfer. I can't log in myself.

Hoping that it gets fixed soon. Got an order out and I cant track it now. Aside from this issue the site looks fab though.

With your actual Order though, you don't actually need to log in to view it's status. Once you receive the Shipped Email from SFCS (which means it's gone into Production) that same email will contain your Tracking Number which you can then use directly at USPS' webpage for status monitoring.

Edit: New site is apparently the only site and took over last night. /shrug.

I have asked for an update from SF directly. As soon as I have any information on this, I will be sure to relay it here on the forum.

The old site can still be reached at its IP address of 198.57.168.190. You should be able to access your order information there.

According to SaberForge, there is only two weeks of orders to get through on the old site, so the necessity for this detour will be pretty short.

OK Thanks. Ill just make a new account on the new site then and await the email for my order on the old one.
