Hi Valaris,
As Execute66 said I too am not aware of any shrouds for the Heretic. However it is possible to get shrouds made for sabers but they are usually made by third parties (and usually by mechanically minded machinists!). To give you an idea of what may be possible you could check out these two YouTube vids, one showing the SF Acolyte and the second highlighting a real nice pair of SF Sentinels. Try Etsy, I got this one from there. Added to this saber, used some left over flex 2.0 grips. It was my dueling saber for along time. I passed it along when my shoulder, elbow and wrist said I was done.

Yup, exactly.
My Heretic is actually Out for Delivery right now so later today I'll be able to get a better idea how i could go about latching it on. |

Hi Valaris,
I'm not sure what other more knowledgeable members think, but you may be able to Epoxy/superglue the shroud piece into place on the emitter. You would need to get some new longer set screws for the blade and LED retention screws but you could "hide" the screws into the design of the scroll work to make them less visible, a bit like something I drew up below. The shroud material is the grey oval (or whatever shape you choose). Blade and LED Retention screw holes could be drilled through the shroud so they line up with the Heretic's and be hidden in the design (the red dots in the pic) Just a quick idea, For Tyeth |
