Well dang it I stripped my retention screw and i can't find what size tap I need to fix it

You might need to go up to a 10-32 if it's too far stripped, but you can try re-tapping with 8-32 if there's enough of the threads left.

8-32 is the only one missing from my tap set but I do have a 10-24

You could always tap it a little larger, and get a larger screw. I had to do that to one of my sabers. Only downside is finding that ONE different size hex wrench among all of the others! |

Yay fixed it without having to do a thing I forgot I had some longer 8-32 screws thanks for the help
