Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out why my venom saber powers down with about 3/4 battery left and around 3.5v still going through it. I have a micro usb in hilt universal charge port. Any advise how to fix without having to send it in would be excellent, as I'm in a crunch for time to fix the problem. Thanks in advance for any and all advice.
