My Saberforge Reborn that I just received this week randomly started only playing the first of my 3 sound fonts. It will play the first font every single time no matter which font I confirm in the menu. I've tried going into the editor and removing every font and then burning to chip after re-adding and the problem persists. Anyone else experienced this? Any solutions?

I've been dealing with the same issue also , it seems to be a somewhat common error mentioned here on the forums so fingers crossed there's a way to solve this without having to send it back for repairs

Aww man that sucks. I've emailed them and hoping I get a response back tomorrow. I'm prepared to ship out for repair. I'm guessing this is a hardware issue and not a software one, but we'll see.

What was the outcome with your saber ? , I'm still waiting for a response on mine but it'll most likely have to be sent back

I sent mine off for repair. It's been received and I'm awaiting update. Supposedly the issue is fixed by updating the firmware, which you can do from within the app. I didn't get to try that before I shipped it off.
