Hi everyone,


Recently I started a topic about the fact that I had entered the wrong email when I placed an order. I had my dad place the order for me, as my computer was down the day I wanted to order it, and he can't find the order number, nor did he enter a password. I'm wondering if it'd be easier to cancel the order and start a new one? Is that even possible? I emailed customer service a few days ago, and still have received nothing. Should I just wait for it's eventual arrival? Thanks everyone.

As long as they have the name and e-mail it was ordered under, they should still be able to look it up. There is a way to order without creating a full account with a password, but one can still be created. You just have to create an account with the e-mail that was used and then create a password, and your order will show up in the account summary, because it's linked to that e-mail address. I know this works, because I did that after I placed my first order. ;)

The only thing you can't seem to change under account settings is the e-mail address, probably because it's used as your login. You may want to wait for customer service, as they can probably edit that for you.
