i just received my acolyte saber champion tier with dark side sound fonts this is on the sabercore 3.0 sound board. the saber looks nice however when i hit the ignition button it starts up and says "luminer...ominous" and when i hit it again nothing happens it just keeps saying the start up again and again till i believe it goes into deep sleep mode. idk what to do there is no kill key since i have in hilt charging. i downloaded the sabercore 3.0 application on my PC but it wont find the saber when i plug it in. someone please help me.

Hi there, I may be of some assistance. When I first downloaded SC 3.0 for Windows 10 64bit (the only OS with which it is compatible, if you have something else then sorry!), it too was not detecting my girlfriend's saber. What fixed it for me was deleting both the SC 3.0 file and the original .zip file, and redownloading it. After that you can ubdate the firmware on the saber.

thank you for seeing this and replying i appreciate it a lot, my computer wont even acknowledge that its even plugged in and the damn thing wont even turn off, and i have no choice but to send it back and have them fix it but thats gonna take forever to contact them since it takes for ever for them to respond in the first place, and then what have to wait another couple of months for them to fix it and send it back to me?!

i will contact them and send it back cause i was really excited to get this

on RMA issues the respond very quickly
they'll email you a shipping label, you take that to USPS and they'll even give you a box to ship back, no cost. it'll take maybe a week or so to get back.
At least that has been my experience with SaberForge Customer Service.
At least with ASP sound kit I had to ship back, might differ for a full saber.

Be advised that this varies from country to country, and while they do pay for shipping on RMA issues, the do not pay customs fees. So yes they will pay shipping but 'no cost' depends on OP's location
