Perhaps put the config app, and any font files you need on a thumb drive, and find a friend, relative, or even a public library with a Win10-64 system. Schedule some time with them, and do what you gotta do!

Hopefully, something like that is an option. Another possibility would be to upgrade one of you win7 systems to Win10-64. From a purely security point of view, it’s a good idea.

That depends heavily on how much you trust microsoft with your personal info. Even with all permissions turned off i'm not sure i trust cortana to not eavesdrop

I don’t trust any mega-corporation to do the right thing when it comes to their customers. However, what people (hackers/SPAM artists) are willing to do to you, is potentially much worse. Knowing there are no 100% solutions, using a dated OS, which is on the verge of sunset gives them an unfair advantage.

I don’t want to further the highjack of the thread, but....

Linux is definitely the way to go from a security perspective. But, it requires a degree of technical expertise that most don’t posses, and don’t wish to learn. Most users want to turn it on, and it is ready to do whatever they want to do, with no hoops to jump through. Linux can be configured to do the majority of what windows does (some things even better), but not everything; as your dual boot routine suggests. There are no perfect solutions out there, so if you want it all, you gotta be technical. If you want the 85-90% solution, windows is still the only option for most.

To bring it back to the topic, for SaberCore 3 configuration, Win10-64 is currently the ONLY option, for better, or worse.
