Could someone please provide me a list of the items I would need to purchase to assemble my own lightsaber myself off of Saberforge? Thank you.

Are you referring to the ASP system? SF doesn't sell loose parts. What exactly do you want to do/assemble?

Sorry I'm still a padawan at this. Like if I liked the pommel of one and the body of another and the emitter of another how would that work?

That would be for the ASP system, and it's not yet available. It's coming later this fall/winter.

You order a saber, and it comes with all the parts you need for it. Review the SF FAQ for full details on what each tier means, what comes with them, and more details and information.

Roger-roger.

So you're gonna have to wait until the Adaptive Saber Part shop portion of Saber Forge opens up this winter. If you order through their website (not their etsy shop) you can sometimes swap out a part or two but nothing as big as picking each individual component. The ASP builder is in beta: Saber Builder but you can play with it for now. Some other shops like the Custom Saber Shop currently sells parts to create a saber from scratch but that requires a fair amount of familiarity w/soldering and LED mechanics (it's beyond me right now).

Is this helpful/answer your question?

When the ASP Builder is no longer in beta will I be able to purchase the saber I've created?

Yeah, when the builder is public and the ASP system is live, you'll have the option to purchase a saber you make directly out of the builder itself. Everything you need to make it work is IN the builder, so. There's that.

So my understanding is that the switch and the body it doesn't matter which way you flip it, and do you order the cover tech wheels separate?

Kee-reckt.

Nope. It comes with it. You just can't see it on the builder (right Knytiri?).

I assume that the electronics inside come inside too? And when I was turning the pommel there were holes on both ends will that be covered or filled in?

You will be able to purchase electronic kits (LED only or FX/LED) either w/the saber or separately.
And when I was turning the pommel there were holes on both ends will that be covered or filled in?
Not sure what you're talking about. The pommels have vents to let the FX out. If the holes are the same size you may have chosen a coupler instead of a pommel.

This link (while inextricably linked to the ASP Kickstarter which is over) may answer some of your questions: ASP Kickstarter FAQ
