Can anyone with a PS help me with a quick measurement? This is a pic grab off here, but I'm looking for a measurement of these red marked areas.
This pic (from its angle) looks like pommel to body, body to grenade section end, grenade to top of emitter. I need beginning of "thick" body section (left) to end of large emitter area (similarly sized section on right) for a display I'm having made. Originally I was going to wait til it got here, but tomorrow starts Week 8 and I'd just rather not wait longer after it finally arrives, heh. Any help would be appreciated! It looks like about 10" or so.

From center to center of those segments is 8 1/2"
The whole section is a hair under 9 1/2" so... 9 7/16" |

Any way I could ask for 1 more small measurement? From the disc in the thin-neck section to 7.5" to the left? I know it sounds odd, but we're discussing placement. Thanks for the help DF!

When you say the disc, do you mean where you have the measurement drawn to, or the thin disc above that point?
Edit: nevermind, I see, I had to zoom in on your drawing. So you want to verify that is 7.5"? |

yeh, I just want to verify where the 7.5" ends going left from the disc point.
Sorry, worded that strangely, and thanks for zooming in ha. We're swapping these photoshops back and forth, and he says he has a pair of display arms that would be 7.5" apart from end to end, and I'm wondering if that would hold it in a more "centered" way as opposed to the wider arm display. Either way, its a metal death star wall panel display that lights up, I'm pumped! Most likely the wider display will work best, but I may take both sets of arms and decide for myself once I see it. I'm the first to ask for it used this way (normally his Etsy store sells these as blaster displays), so he's kind've hooking me up a bit as long as I advertise pics/vid after. |

Man, sorry to ask but what do you mean by center?
I'm wondering this basically: Where on the left of the body is 7.5"thin-neck disc? You're being a great help tho, thanks for the replies! Yeh, it's kindve awesome. His store is called QuestDesignCanada and hopes this becomes something that catches on. Obviously it makes me think ROTJ, when Luke tosses his saber, denying the Emporer and the dark side. I'm going to think of it as my "The Will" display  |

I gotcha, I thought you were asking for the measurement to that thin ring/notched section just above the question mark in your drawing. I will check where 7.5" is when I get a chance.
I was giving you the measurement from the center of the "disk" to the center of that ring. |

I took some photos for you. 7.5" seems to be just about center of that reveal above the flair out at the bottom of the hilt.
