I placed an order on the main site but discovered that the Etsy site had want I wanted but would ship faster. In order to cancel my main site order do I just need to send them an email or is there something else I need to do? Thanks,

Have you read the FAQ? It's pretty helpful and might have what you're searching for. But basically, yes. Send them an email and that should do the trick
