I decided to get a standard 37 inch blade until i get a full size hilt to use. anyone have a guess for the eta? super excited

If you grabbed it off the SF website you should be looking at a 14-16 week lead time (my slightly elongated estimate considering that we're entering the holiday season + TFA) plus shipment times dependent on where you live.

Their normal site lead time is 10-12 weeks so with the current season it's expected to be longer. If off the etsy, 6-8 weeks is a little under 2 months. I can assure you the wait will be worth it. Ah, you ordered from the main site. Did you request customizations that necessitated ordering from the main site, or were you not aware of the shorter wait time for Etsy orders?

At this point, it is early enough in the process that you might be able to work with customer service to cancel the main site order if it did not required customization beyond what Etsy could accommodate, and re-order it via Etsy to cut down the lead time by more than half.
