Im trying to get a 48 inch blade for a friend, but nowhere seem to sell them. Its for a converted darth vader fx, and he wants the extended ANH look. Do i have to custom make it for him?

Also, does anyone have experience with extremely short blades? like 15 inches?
If it aint broke, fix it till it is
