They actually had some fairly decent versions of her sabers on the list of future releases, but at some point, it fell away. I think they "vaulted" the designs for now. However, if Rebels continues to gain popularity, there could be enough demand for those that it might change their mind.

Ahsoka is w/o a doubt my fave SW character to have come out of the new canon. Suuuuuuper pumped about the possibility of SF producing her hilt.

I will say this about Star Wars stories, there are good and bad in the canon and the EU (now Legends). Some people went berserk both in favor of and railing against the changes to the canon. I for one never got that. It is all fiction and what each individual likes they just like, who cares if it is official or not, if it speaks to you the go with it. Me for instance I like the Prequels far more that most, I like them (though I admit plenty of flaws) and if others don't then more power to em. So I would say don't feel obligated to stick to canon, or to venture into the EU for that matter, sample and enjoy the stories that appeal to you.

^^^ Exactly! For me, the essence of Star Wars is myth and magic. Discussions of canon at the expense of taking pleasure in a galaxy far, far away often make me feel like I'm back in seminary - and not in a good way.

So far I'm a few episodes into TCW series and it's definitely been enjoyable! It still suffers from some of the problems of the prequels unfortunately but it is an enjoyable experience. As I hear, the first few episodes are a little slow anyways. Out of curiosity I decided to watch the first episode of Rebels and that, on the other hand, blew me away. It was so enjoyable. But I think I'm going to finish TCW before I delve into Rebels.
