Sweet,
You said it didn't come with any switches? Just curious as to where you will get switches for it with the Red hats, or if you plan to make your own? |

I'll be curious to see how you make those switches.
I was going to experiment on fitting some SPST switches with hats that would fit into a 12mm SF drilled hole. |

Got my KR Saber DM1 pommels, need to paint them still. but I went ahead and made a coupler using the existing kit pommels, bolted them together and drilled holes cross ways to let sound out, I slipped once so one hole is off center and scratched the pommel, but eh..little abuse add character.

Made Coupler and installed on saber. ( wish I had a lathe ) but happy enough with it.

Some updates On my DM1, I chose on this side to just get it done make sure it works, i'll detail more on the other half the insides now that I'm happy with it. the buttons are hidden behind the red led using tactile and modified 1.24 switch holders from Tcss. Recharge port it hidden under first red knob and can be rotated to turn on, removed to charge, the prizm v4 is held inside with 1 inch blade stock modded into a chassis.

Finished it up this afternoon, only waiting on the parts to make the accurate blade plugs. it was a puzzle for sure, rigging the leds to be switches worked great, but I do really..really love it, i'll never duel with it, since I never was great with a staff past a few spins(and I don't want to damage it). even with the coupler I made it sounds amazing, the prizm v4's makes them sing and the fonts are crystal clear, and they seam to harmonize well when both on. right now I'm running 2 Vaders Vault 30 inch 7/8 blades, I may cut them down to 27 so the assembly is just under 6 feet which would be ideal since I'm 6'3". Anyway without further ado.

I ended up reworking the coupler, I bought another set of pommels from krsabers, tapped the center hole, using a large steel speacer I aligned and bolted them together with some jb weld, it vents sound great and make it look a lot better, still I wish kr sabers would do another dm1 coupler run, but I understand they won't due to lack of how many of these kits exists. |
