I just ordered a few swords (not the one from above) and a half-mask. Combat Commander Gladiator sword Secret Agent Twin Tactical Ninja Swords Tried to find a picture of the mask I ordered and it's no longer offered. Sadly, I have to back burner my Lightsaber order. Dang me and my love for swords and knives

Hah! I had no idea, but I've actually got one.. it's about 7-8 years old

...aaand I bought it for about 40 USD, brand new.
In Croatia though, where I'm from. Some replica shop had one piece for sale and I just had to have it!

Throwing in a few pics:

It's pretty solid, surprisingly sharp, especially the tip (the rest of the blade is also sharp, no more than an average kitchen knife, but still...).
The handle itself is quite sturdy and solid, but swinging it a lot I've noticed the bottom half of the handle can get unscrewed and it is hollow on the inside. So I'm guessing, technically, this could be turned into a lightsaber - the handle that is. It would be a very tight fit but it might be done

I actually have the katana and the tanto of this. I got them at auction a few years ago for about $50 for the set. They are solid but the metal appears to be mostly base. The cross guard would have to go if you wanted to make it a lightsaber and the inside is very narrow so the typical LEDs and cards would not work. You would have to have a complete custom setup. You could replicate the design though with a plain looking relatively thin saber (like a US v2) a thick shroud, a coupler with a metal coil inside, a custom pommel, and some etching.
