TOPIC: Prodigal Son 12w green. Yeah buddy!

Hello everybody. Ive finally had a chance to do my review of my brand spanking new PS Champion in 12w green. First let me say that this saber is absolutely mind blowing. Ive read and seen video reviews of everyone elses Prodigal Sons but nothing can prepare you for actually holding it and really feeling its power. Its hard to put it down! It feels so great in your hands. It has a nice weight to it and the aluminum body is cold and inviting. Totally worth the 16 weeks of wait. Sorry i doubted you Saberforge! The saber arrived flawless with no complaints. The only issue was the sliding card moving too easily but ive already bought magnetic tape and dealt with that issue. Thanks to other PS owners for that tip. Worked like a charm. I took it to work and got many compliments. Of course those non believers of the force will always be quick to point out that its really expensive but i just blow them off. Its totally worth its weight in gold. I will definitely be buying from Saberforge again. The craftsmanship is excellent and the quality makes it the crown jewel of my StarWars collection. Thanks again Saberforge!

P.S. To the naysayers about the cost, I have found my Disciple quite useful in a couple of Fire Evacuation situations in my building, lighting the way for my exit so it makes a great safety device as well!

Congratulations my friend! That is a beautiful saber. A Prodigal Son just seems like a saber that everyone wants in their collection, even if they are not necessarily thin-neck fanatics like me, just because...it was Luke's saber for gosh sake! Classic! I do plan to get one right after filling out a few of my other "gotta have" sabers.

I know the wait was difficult, and due to parts shortages, yours was a little longer than the current norm. But, I think you know what I meant when I said all those times in the "The Wait Begins" thread, that once you receive it, all of that falls away, and all you can see is the magic and power of that saber. The other added bonus is that once you have your first saber, the wait for any others you order does not seem as bad.

Love that activation switch box, it's just near 100% accurate from Episode 3.

Thank you, I used my Galaxy S5 to take them. They lost some quality due to resizing but still came out decent enough.

It's any wonder though how it's not a focal distraction for you removing eyes-on-screen during your Battlefield sessions. Quick question. Is it normal for the saber to auto shut off after a couple minutes of inactivity? I had it laying on a table and when i came back it was off. Seems weird but it might be to save battery.

It's actually because it's attuned to your wield since you were the first to ignite it in your household. Synchronised to your Force Energy, when it senses that the connection between the Hilt Body and your palm is severed, it switches off. But Yes, you are correct. If not mistaken, on idle for about 5 minutes of zero activity will auto switch off.
