Another saber video for you wonderful people! This time I did more dual wielding as I was practicing a bit of saber shadow dueling. Do let me know if there is anything I need to change in my form.

Nice vid, I think that if you want serious critique on your sword form, you might need to make a video in daylight as its hard to see anything other than your sabers in the dark.
I am chaos in order's guise.

The sabers look great in the dark and you look pretty fluid.

A few friendly suggestions, add a bit of fore lighting on you so we can see your stance and form. It doesn't have to be much just enough to see you. Also, I can't tell if your in a hallway or using vertical orientation on phone camera.... You should always record videos for the Internet in horizontal mode if possible.

My critique.
I thought it was done exceptionally well. Regardless with how you stand, side-step or shuffle your feet your movement is actually dictated by how aggressive your blade spin is and what direction and angle you're incorporating next. I reckon you would have a better indication and gauge as to how fluid your movement is or isn't.
Take the scenario from what you demonstrated in this video, to say the one where you were tempting the 3 blade technique and made a withdrawal as a gift for the tooth-fairy to essentially when you very first started. Surely you can measure and recognise the improvement and using that as a premise know what further direction you need to advance to in perfecting it.
Yes it was dark but when you view it full screen the light is shone with a strategic reveal.

I say keep at it and the next video you post will show improvement against the last. Don't you feel that you're getting better?

Thanks everyone for your input!

@Darth Vexing, The only reason I still do it in the dark is so I can retain just a bit of anonymity. (Is that a word, 'anonymity'? (Yeah, it is lol)) I'll definitely start doing afternoon and well lit videos when either I get a fencing mask and am dueling with a friend or when I lose all sense of anonymity in terms of picture and video.

@Artair, I would've used horizontal, but I'm filming off my iPad right now and it's hard to get that angle of perception on the field unless I use vertical. I'll figure something out! Other than that, same answer as Vexing's.

@OvrcAHst, I definitely feel like I've improved since then, you're right. My spins feel more fluid than even from the last video.

Monsieur64

Clarke Kent protects his anonymity by removing his glasses and adds a curl to his bangs. Maybe still, grab a hockey mask and do a Jason goes nuts!?

Monsieur Kent is also surrounded by people who are gullible enough to fall for it (no offense to anyone out there who hasn't known until this point that Clark is in fact Superman. Shocker!), and besides, it varies when I wear my glasses during practice, so everyone already knows what I look like.

My $8 Iron Man mask, perhaps...?

Why didn't I think of using a mask like that for my Selfies?!

I would have saved the forum from a lot of psychological problems after seeing my mugshot!

Keep up the great work Eddlyss64 it looking real good now!

For Tyeth

Left hand GOOD!

Thank you, Master Tyeth. Still hard to believe I've only been doing this since a bit after Christmas! My left arm works almost in sync with my right now.

Not to mention I have a friend who is right handed, but since I've trained both arms with sabers and fist fighting, he always gets owned when we do left hand arm wrestles because he never tried to train his offhand.

@E64, I noted that you recognise self improvement with your spins and I haven't seen any further additions since your 'guns' had started to synchronise with each other with added definition. Yes, it's only one Saber and not your preferred practice of 3, are you at this skill yet?

Haha, not quite yet! But when I am, I'll let you know.
I'll probably design custom transparent blades for my sabers made with graphene when I'm older so that I can literally deflect bullets. That'd be fraggin' sick.

have to agree with this, if we cant see your body positioning and footwork there isnt much we can critique on
