I recently completed my first build with a NBv4 in an Epoch saber. Everything was going fine for a few days after I worked out some bugs until the speaker started freaking out this morning.

My first thought was the speaker or maybe one of the soldering points is loose?? But the fact that the issue doesn't happen until the saber is "warmed up", makes this issue pretty weird.

That's what makes it weird to me too. Makes no sense.

Have you tried a new speaker? The speaker may be (slowly) dying.

That was my next step if resoldering them doesn't work tonight. I have a shipment of speakers coming in that should be here tomorrow. Just seems weird for a brand new speaker to die in less than a week.

Its not weird at all to have a failure of a speaker and as other have stated would be the first step. I would double check all your solder points as well. a poor connection can heat up even on speaker and add resistance to the circuit.
