This is my second build, first being a Kylo Ren BS with Prizm V5 as well as tinkering with a few other hilts LED and battery configs.

I'm looking for recommendations on Switch setups for inside the activation box. I'll be using an activation switch and Aux switch on a Prizm V5, I'll be using a chassis that will house the recharge port so only the two switches will be in the activation box

I'm looking for the best config to fit under the card. The hilt came predrilled with two 12mm holes and a third hole of a smaller size.

Thanks for the help, any pics would be awesome

Get the DIY silver momentary switch from SF or just a couple simpler switches from the custom saber shop. They don't need to light up because the card will hide them and you don't want latching switches, I can tell you from experience latching switches under a card are a pain.

I have one of these but it's latching, are the momentary switch buttons raised like the latching?

No. Momentary switches are flush. You can also find colored choices at dripp3d.com.
