I recently bought an Ultrasabers saber for my girlfriend as I didnt have the money for a saberforge and it wouldnt have been here in time for Christmas by the time I did have the money, however, neither of us are quite happy with the electronics and the battery life. So is it possible to replace them with saberforge Plug and Play or even the DIYs? The hilt is the initiate V4 I believe.

It's possible. UltraSabers have a slightly larger internal diameter, so the SaberForge sound board and battery, etc. will fit in an UltraSabers hilt. (the reverse probably isn't true) However, due to the larger ID, I wouldn't recommend Plug N Play. The packs on those is designed to fit inside a SaberForge hilt and will bang around in an UltraSabers hilt, which isn't an ideal situation. DIY would be better, because you can do a chassis install for that stuff. LEDs won't be an issue, because both companies use a 1" ID emitter section. The switch may be a problem, but not a huge one. UltraSabers uses two sizes, a 12mm "guarded" switch and a 16mm AV switch. The 12mm AV switch from SF will fit into the guarded hole, but only after you bore it out a bit. However, it won't fit into the 16mm hole. However, you should also be able to use the switch that came with the UltraSabers hilt, as long as it came with sound. That's another good reason to go DIY VS PNP. Also, unless it has a recharge port installed, there will be no place to put the SF RCP, but you can probably work that out on your own.

I just realized how many typos I made in the title. How can I fix those?

I don't know if you can edit it or if a moderator or admin has to do it.

Usually, you can edit your own posts. Just not others.
