Does any one have any suggestions on how to remove the latching switch for a posable sound board upgrade? They are secured in very well. I haven't decided if I will do so yet, if I do I will be adding a nano v2. Also does any one know where to find a speaker mount for a 20mm speaker that will fit a gladius?

Thanks

A lot of the latching switches are glued in. Try heating the switch area with a hair dryer to loosen the glue, should make it easier to pry it up that way.

Can't help with the speaker mount other than to say try TCSS.

TCSS sells speaker mounts for 28mm but not 20mm speakers. You could modify a 28mm to hold the smaller speaker but not sure if any of the mounts they have will fit into a SF hilt. I have one of the 28mm speaker/battery/soundboard mounts and the small end fits but the big end doesn't. I'm gonna fuck with it this coming week, hopefully.

Thanks for the reply guys.
I'll keep it in mind. I haven't decided if I'm going to add the nano yet, but I do want to do some etching on the upper part of the hilt.
I'll keep y'all posted on my progress.

I wonder what Justin Polachek used for his chassis builds in SF hilts, Miraluka remember he did a few customs and posted them on the Facebook group, I seem to recall one of them had a really lovely chassis set up with a speaker mount, maybe he printed it himself on shapeways.com or something.

Idk. If I can't get the chassis I have to work I'll make one out of pvc or print one. Either one would work but I would rather make this one work. At least if it doesn't, I have it for a MHS hilt.
