Howzit everybody. I ordered my Fury in a weathered edition but i got bored so i sanded it to a polished finish. Going to chrome it and then paint the accents gold. Also noticed that my power and kill key was on the switch section instead of the body. Idk if this is how all of them will be from now on but mine is the only one ive seen so far.

Shiny! Looks really good Mace. A chrome and gold Fury though is something I have to see. Can't wait to see your finished project.

MaceWindex, that is exceptional work you have done and in downtime and when bored also. Can you describe the process specifically with how you did it including technique, execution, method and tools/materials (if applicable)?

Looks really good, shiny sabers are always a nice sight.

On another note, I really hope this isnt the standard fury design from now on, the old one was my favourite SF hilt that I had hoped to get a pair of customised at some point.

Wow, that REALLY suits this saber well. That looks great! And you did a great job. Well done indeed!

I wonder if they moved the button and kill key to the switch section to create more consistency with the ASP system or even to use ASP parts to build future hilts. It makes me kind of curious to see where they'll put the kill key for hero tier ASP electronics when that eventually rolls out... having both switches and the 3.5mm port may be too much to cram into that small section and having a dummy port on the bodies of all ASP hilts may look funky on "lower tier" builds.
