My attempts at posting something clever FAILED.
This Grandmaster is aaaaaAAAAAAA-MAZING!!!!
Kudos to Kouri on the install, and your finish with the polish and gold accents, are SUPERB.
Hard to improve on, but if I may be so humble to suggest. Maybe the pommels and coupler finish in GOLD.
Your suggestion is welcomed and noted, Thank you. Doing so on the pommels may be a redundant exercise only because they sit tucked away under the display as spares since I leave it assembled in Staff config. It does open an opportunity for the coupler though. Will be sure to provide an update once I get 'round to it.

Huh, polish really sets these off. Reminding me I need to get off my butt and put some shine on another hilt I've got kicking around here.
Curious on the bladed photos - is it just the camera focusing on the Lime LEDs, or does the color actually shift a bit cooler as the battery runs down? First few extended-plug pics have it spot on.
The polishing really does. You'd know first hand how they looked in stock-ish form when you received them and when I finally got them, just thought it needed a little extra sparkle. A bit of both with the colour comment actually. Not taken with a fancy camera other than what I have on my phone. Had an extensive playtime with them that day before I started with the pics and admittedly stopped to continue the playtime before resuming again so battery levels did undeniably drop some.

Wow that's great!
I need to get myself a staff one of these days...
How did you do that gold finish? That's almost exactly the finish I want to put on my Consular.
I was looking at gold brush plating kits, and it's a bit more involved for aluminum than I anticipated (degrease, buff/polish, degrease, immerse in zincate, copper plate, gold plate). And I'm not sure how that would work with zincate immersion since I only want to plate the silver parts of the dual tone finish.
Or just a coupler to join two existing hilts?
Metallic Gold Rattle-can spray paint after polishing the sections first. Did a double loose sweep sandwiching a layer of trans Red, then stripped with a dry-rub acetone cloth and final rubbed with a black paint soiled cloth.

Great Googly Moogly. I dont know how else to react, this has to be one of the most beautiful saber's I've ever seen. I too, am a huge fan of Bastila Shan and this is just perfect from Emitter to emitter. Congrats on having the ability to hold this in your hands because I'm sure it's like nothing else! This and a mauler staff are definitely on my saber bucket list.
Thank you. I have been debating a DM1 recently and will likely/inevitably get a version of Mauler regardless of whether it supports a 1" or a 7/8". Bastila is pretty special though.

Quite nice. Is that leather wrapping weathered too?
Yes. Did a couple of throttle twists with a used piece of 1200 grit and finished with the same black paint soiled cloth.

OK guys, we need to hold an intervention here
Pretty sure you've caught em all by now bro
Seriously though, gorgeous saber, love the yellow.
Kouri can attest to it. Took a blind punt on this setup and it return very favourably. As for intervention?
but... there's still much more...
