By the Force they are beautiful!

I want the exact same hilt that the blue one has, except with a green blade. Is that a "Green" colour? Or is it one of the variations of it?

Not sure if I'll spar with this one. Wanted it more as a display.

Mint, lime & green, but there are only two pictures showing green colours :/

If you do a search on here you'll be able to find Mint and Lime as well for comparisons. There a couple of guys that have Lime posted in some Phoenix hilts.
Also, if you look in the Katana thread. I used to have a regular 12w Green Warrior Katana which had some pics of the green there as well.

Thank you all for the kind words.

Having both side by side I think I would choose my brothers Redeemer. Man that thing turned out nice. I'm not saying the Prodigal Son isn't nice. I love what it is as an iconic piece of art. But aesthetically speaking the Redeemer just looks amazing in person and it feels solid. The PS for me was mainly for shelf not slay purposes but it does look great as well and I do love it.

There is a bit of a rattle coming from the LED module shifting in the bore of the grenade section (the snap ring is seated properly) when I swing the PS around with or without the blade in it. The Redeemer on the other hand has no rattles and it also sounds louder. Both have great colour. The 12w+ in the Green and Light Blue really look great. Both have 32" blades. Took 8 weeks exactly from the day of order off Etsy to receive them in Canada.

I am so glad to hear all those good things about the Redeemer, I'm saving money so I pop the cherry (is it still in use in English?) with a Champion or Hero Redeemer. I cant' wait!

Very nice. I actually like that light blue now more and more. Think that one might be on my saber whichever one I choose =] How is it in person though? We need more light and medium blues

In person the blade will appear more like a coloured light in a plastic tube. But it's very bright and hard on the eyes.

Light blue was my brothers choice. I had it has a quick connect in another saber and he thought it would be good for his Redeemer and i agree that it looks good.

He seems to really like the how my prodigal son is a bit lighter than his redeemer. It's nice to have access to both to able to see and feel the differences.

I agree with Dr Anthropologist your two sabers are a work of art and actually remind me of the Ralph Macquarrie concept art like this,



showing the shape of the blades. I remember reading early graphic novels/comics of Star Wars - A New Hope eps4 in the early 80's and the blades looked like these. These were UK comics though.

Still I really like this pair of sabers!
